Uta No Prince-Sama Season 3 is on it's way!

Hello everyone, so 2015 isn't just showing us that some sad moments it is also showing us that promises will be kept.







In 2013, A-1 studios announced that after two successful seasons for the anime adaptation of the popular romance visual novel, Uta No Prince-Sama, will be getting its third season. Great isn't it, but then whats the catch? When he studio made this announcement, they noted that it would be released two years after making the announcement.


For those new to the series and may have no idea what I'm talking about,

Uta No Prince-Sama is about a young girl named Haruka Nanami who enrolls herself into the prestigious Saotome Academy where if you graduation, you are able to join the Shining Agency. It's not as easy as she thinks because she doesn't have the same experience as her fellow students. At the end of he year, two students team up, one as the idol and the other the composer, and they will perform their original song in order to graduate. The problem is, Haruka doesn't know who she should choose. Oh and romance is strictly prohibited.


The Original game, created by Nippon Icchi Software inc. was created and released in 2010 while the anime Adaptation was released in 2011 with season two following up in 2013.



In total his series has is made up of 9 games, 27 episodes, 3 mangas, a show group, and over 30 songs all sung by this cast of creative characters



So with all this popularity then why wait so long for the next season? Give or take that season one and two have this same gap between then but we can only assume that the developers are trying to make this next season perfect if any case this happens to be the last season.

But for what we know so far is that the new season is to be released sometime in April of 2015. Along with that, he title of the new season is called,

Uta No Prince-Sama: Maji Love Revolution

Anime News- R.I.P Bob Magruder

Hello everyone,

     So after a unique year of anime including all the new dubbed anime, I'm afraid that the start of 2015 happened to be with a passing.    

     On January 2 of 2015, actor Robert "Bob" Olin Magruder passed away from a brief illness. At the time this Korean War veteran was 82 years old. He served as an officer in the navy then became the writer for Armed Forces radio. It wasn't long after till he entered into the world of voice acting.



      Bob Magruder was best known for being the narrator for the Funimation English-dubbed version of Fairy Tail. But he wasn't just the narrator, he was also the one behind the voice for the big and powerful, fire-breathing dragon, Igneel.



      The Dub director, Tyler Walker, had this to say to Magruder's passing, " Bob was a great guy and an outstanding VO talent. I had the pleasure of working with him over the last few years, late into his career, and always found him to be cordial and professional, as well as candid and funny. Most of his work for me was as the narrator for almost two hundred episodes of a long running show. As soon as I heard him speak my ears came to attention, “That's the one!” I thought. “That's the voice of the show!” To my surprise, he not only gave voice to the kindly, grandfatherly narrator, but also the massive, fire-breathing, King of the Dragons, Igneel."

       For anyone who if curious, his other roles consisted in parts in One Piece as Captain Moore, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood as Master Hawkeye, Soul Eater as Rasputin, Karneval as Healer, A certain magic index 2 as Pope Matthai Reese and Wolf Children as Uncle Doi.

A man that has served our country well and now has brought us some of our favorite character to life. Bob Magruder will be loved and Missed by all.

Movie News: Golden Globes Results

Hello Everybody,

So last night in case anyone hasn't noticed or if you we somewhat like me and forgot about what went on last night, The annual Golden Globes Awards were presented last night. Don't worry, I did tune in and i know what some of the major awards results were so in case you rather not look it up or wait till next here, here are the results for the main awards for the Golden Globes.

Just a Bit of Business

Hey so I just wanted to just let you guys know a few things about myself before I really start posting news and such. I wanted to do this because I wanted to give you guys a better understanding of what I will be posting and what I will not post about.

First, at the moment I will blog at least once a day so you know that I'm not dead, Ha, but in all seriousness I wanted to keep you guys in the know about any news or update that any company or franchise might throw at us.

Second, for a post I will write it will either be about anime, manga, movies/TV/music news [american or foreign], and any updates on basic news. and so everything is clear, the only opinions that I will say on this blog will be related to anime,manga or movies. I will not give my opinions about anything recent events in history or such.

Third, ok last one, I have many ideas about what I would be posting and realized that some are going to basically be the same thing. what I normally will write or post will be basic news, top ten lists, reviews of shows,movies and books, recommendations, and any other updates regarding the blog and/or myself. so hopefully when you check there is a new thing everyday.

So I hope that my blog can help all you wondering minds out there get some knowledge on things that you enjoy, things you love. So I think that's all for now, if there is some concerns or even questions you have don't be afraid to leave an comment and I'll answer them the best I can.

Welcome!

Hello everyone, 

So I am completely new [ok maybe not completely new] but "new" to the blogging world. For a bit of background I did start a small blogging thing on Deviantart and I decided to move on over to here to Blogger and to my own page.

But let me all start off with telling you guys why I did this. I wanted to help you guys out. Share the news, updates and [hopefully] everything on Anime, Manga and really any news that would help share knowledge to you guys.
